How does booking work? Pick a room, choose a time block, confirm add-ons, and receive a calendar invite.

Book a session by selecting your preferred studio room and a time block. During checkout you can add engineer support, multi-cam video, or extra microphones.

After payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation and a calendar invite with arrival instructions, building access details, and your session checklist.

Pro tip: If your recording involves remote guests, arrive 15 minutes early for a quick connectivity check.

What’s included in the base price? Studio room, core gear, monitoring, and session handoff.

Your base rate includes the studio room, standard podcast mic setup, headphones/monitoring, basic lighting, and the session export/handoff at the end.

Optional add-ons (like a dedicated engineer, multi-camera video, or live switching) are priced separately and shown clearly before you confirm.

Receipts & invoices
You’ll receive a receipt instantly. If you need an invoice, request it in the contact modal.
Transparent add-ons
No surprise fees—any upgrades are itemized before payment.
What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy? Fair and predictable policies for changes.

If your plans change, rescheduling is typically the quickest option. For cancellations, the refund amount depends on how close you are to the start time.

  • 48+ hours: full refund or free reschedule.
  • 24–48 hours: partial refund or reschedule credit.
  • Under 24 hours: generally non-refundable (crew and room are held for you).

If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate—but sessions end at the scheduled time to respect the next booking.

What gear is available in the studio? Professional audio chain + optional video capture.

Each room includes broadcast-style microphones, shock mounts, pop filters, closed-back headphones, and a clean preamp/interface chain with multitrack recording.

Video options (where available) include soft key lighting, practical backlights, and multi-camera capture with clean HDMI/SDI routing.

Audio
Multitrack WAV, safety mix, headphone monitoring.
Video
Optional multi-cam, synced audio, consistent lighting.
Bring your own
You can bring drives, laptops, and preferred mics with approval.
How do we receive our files after a session? Fast handoff: local transfer or secure link.

At the end of your session you can take the files via a local transfer (USB-C SSD recommended) or request a secure download link.

We typically provide multitrack WAVs and, if requested, a reference mix for quick review. Video deliverables depend on the capture package you selected.

Bring a drive: For large video sessions, plan for at least 500GB free space.

Is the studio accessible? We can accommodate most needs with notice.

We aim to make sessions comfortable and accessible. If you have mobility, hearing, or other accessibility needs, tell us ahead of time so we can prepare the space and allocate extra setup time.

For the smoothest arrival, include details such as elevator access requirements, assistance needs, or preferred seating configurations.

If you’d like, we can confirm access instructions before your booking via the contact modal.

Where do we park and how early should we arrive? Arrival planning for stress-free sessions.

Parking availability varies by time of day. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early, especially if you’re bringing equipment or coordinating multiple guests.

If you need a loading-friendly arrival, message us in advance so we can suggest the most convenient approach.

Can we record with remote guests? Hybrid sessions supported with prep.

Yes. Hybrid sessions can be set up with popular calling tools. For best results, we recommend a short tech check at the start to confirm levels, latency, and backups.

If you have multiple remote guests, consider adding engineer support to keep the session moving and reduce interruptions.

Can we extend the session if we run over? Extensions depend on the next booking.

If the studio is available after your slot, we can often extend your time in 30–60 minute increments. If there’s a booking right after, we’ll help you wrap efficiently and export files quickly.

If you suspect you’ll need more time (setup, multiple segments, remote guests), it’s best to book a longer block upfront.

Can we bring food or drinks? Yes—with a few practical guidelines.

You can bring drinks (preferably with lids). For food, we recommend keeping meals outside the mic zone to avoid noise and protect equipment.

If you plan a longer session, schedule short breaks and keep wipes/napkins handy. We appreciate leaving the space as you found it.

How many guests can we bring? Depends on the room—avoid overcrowding for better sound.

Most sessions are best with only the people on-mic plus one producer. Extra guests can increase room noise and reduce comfort.

If you’re planning a panel episode or audience-style recording, contact us so we can recommend the right room and setup.
